CNC controlled sheet butt welding machines for PE, PP and PVDF, as well as other thermoplastic materials.
The only one of it’s kind, featuring fully hydraulic functions. Unlike compressed air controlled machines, this hydraulic unit allows for a more progressive weld pressure curve, as well as fine tuning.
Therefore, the welding values specified by DVS and other International Standards can be achieved and maintained in a smooth, precise way
Besides the setting up of three welding parameters (type of material, width, thickness), the machine’s computer allows for both a manual and a fully automatic cycle. The end of the cycle is marked by the end of the cooling time. The machine will then automatically release the pressing bar’s hooks. This unique feature allows the immediate lateral removal of the welded piece from the machine.
